Maria offers her services with care and integrity. Please read the refund policy below:

**Single Sessions**  
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No refunds are issued for missed sessions or late cancellations.

**Packages (if applicable)**  
If you purchase a multi-session package, unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

**How to Request a Refund**  
Please contact Maria by phone or text with your booking details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
